To gain entry on exam day, you must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID. The first and last name on your ID must exactly match the name on file in your certification application and on your Prometric Admission Letter.   - Submitting a Name Change: If your legal name has changed, you must submit a name change request to the credentialing staff certification@ibfmc.org. - 15-Day Completion Window: If you have an upcoming exam appointment, your name change request must be fully completed at least 15 business days before your scheduled testing window (see Exam Registration Deadline with Accommodations).
