What happens after I accept my new credential?

You will be able to see the details regarding your new credential in your Certification Hub, including your new renewal date. The renewal date is the date by which you will need to provide evidence of professional development hours (PDH) to maintain your credential. You can begin adding and tracking your PDH as you complete activities once you have unlocked your account and accepted your new credential.

Follow these steps to log into the Certification Hub:

• Log in to your IFM account and navigate to My Account > My Certification.
• From there you will see the button to access the Certification Hub.
