- Multiple Emails / Multiple Accounts
- To access all courses, materials, and membership benefits, the system will only allow you to have a single IFM account. Multiple accounts, often set up using different email addresses, may cause issues with logging in. Please share with us any email addresses under which you may have an account. Specify your preferred email. Our team will then merge all accounts into a single profile attached to that address.
- Password Saving Tools
- If you save your login information on your device, please ensure it is updating to your current password. Many have experienced issues with the password saving or updating with such programs.
- Password reset emails / check junk folder
- If you are not receiving the password or security code emails, please check Junk or Spam as we have found several email domains do not recognize the email.
- You can also try switching browsers or devices. It is recommended to use a non-mobile device for best access and connectivity.
- View Membership Expiration Date
- Confirm your IFM Membership expiration date within your IFM Account under Membership and Resources.
- IFM Toolkit Access - with active membership

If you have an active IFM membership, the IFM toolkit will be accessible via the My Account menu.

Navigate to and select Log In in the top right corner of the website to access My account

When in My Account, select Launch Toolkit on from the My Account menu items.

Select Menu in the top right corner, then navigate to the bottom of the screen to select Log In to access My account

When in My Account, select Sections and choose Launch Toolkit from the dropdown

- Courses not showing up in your account
- Course registration can take up to approximately one hour from purchase to sync and reflect in your account.
- Academic / Military Membership applications
- All Academic/Military Membership applications should reflect the name and email address that was used to create your IFM account. If you create a different profile, we will be unable to ensure that you have access to the appropriate membership benefits. We will confirm your enrollment within 2-3 business days.
- Practitioner Profile
- To update your profile, follow the steps below:
- Login to your IFM account and select My Account on the top right corner.
- Select P
- Login to your IFM account and select My Account on the top right corner.
- ractitioner Profile on the left side.
- Edit your profile information as needed. Continue to the last page and select Save.
- If your practitioner profile will not save, you may need to enter the address in the map section.
