  • Multiple Emails / Multiple Accounts
    • To access all courses, materials, and features, the system requires you to only have one IFM account. If you have additional accounts in our system, this may cause issues logging in or accessing your coursework. When contacting our team, please 1) add the duplicate emails to your inquiry and 2) specify which is your preferred email, and our teams can begin working on merging everything under one login.
  • Password Saving Tools
    • If you save your login information on your device, please ensure it is updating to your current password. Many have experienced issues with the password saving or updating with such programs.
  • Password reset emails / check junk folder
    • If you are not receiving the password or security code emails, please check Junk or Spam as we have found several email domains do not recognize the email.
    • You can also try switching browsers or devices. It is recommended to use a non-mobile device for best access and connectivity. 
  • View Membership Expiration Date
    • Confirm your IFM Membership expiration date within your IFM Account under Membership and Resources.
  • IFM Toolkit Access - with active membership
    • The IFM Toolkit is available under My Account - Launch Toolkit on the left menu option. 
  • Courses not showing up in your account
    • Course registration can take up to approximately one hour from purchase to sync and reflect in your account.
  • Academic Membership applications
    • Please ensure when submitting your Academic Membership application, you use the same email and name on your IFM account. This is how we associate your membership discounts to you. Please expect to hear from us with confirmation of your status in 2-3 business days.
  • Military Membership applications
    • Please ensure when submitting your Military Membership application, you use the same email and name on your IFM account. This is how we associate your membership discounts to you. Please expect to hear from us with confirmation of your status in 2-3 business days.
  • Practitioner Profile
    • To update your profile, follow the steps below:
      • Login to your IFM account and select My Account on the top right corner. 
      • Select Practitioner Profile on the left side.
      • Edit your profile information as needed. Continue to the last page and select Save.  
    • If your practitioner profile will not save, you may  need to enter the address in the map section.
