How to find a practitioner near me?

Select the Find a Practitioner tab at the top of the page.  

Enter your City/State or Location in the search field. Select the Search button to begin your search for a practitioner.

Select your visit preference under the All Visit Types dropdown. 

If you select In-Person, select the total mile radius under the dropdown menu. 

If you select Telehealth the miles radius dropdown will not be available.  

Select Search

Select the different filter options (left on desktop and top on mobile) to broaden or narrow the results.

Filters include: 

1. Type of Care

2.  Practitioner Type

3.  Health Concerns

4.  Insurance

5. Languages Spoken

 Certified practitioners appear first. The default sort can be changed.

1. Additional sorting options include:

   1. Distance

   2. A-Z or Z-A
