How do I submit my professional development hours (PDH)?
Once you have unlocked your account in the Certification Hub, you will have access to the renewal application and checklist.
You can begin adding PDH at any time. You are encouraged to add your PDH and upload supporting documentation as you complete activities to more easily track how many hours you’ve earned and how many you have left to complete for renewal.
Within one year of your renewal date, and once the minimum PDH requirement has been met, you can submit your renewal application.
You cannot submit your renewal application earlier than one year prior to your renewal date.
Follow these steps to log into the Certification Hub and add your PDH:
- Log in to your IFM account.
- Select My Account on the top right side of the screen.
- Select My Certification on the left menu.
- Select the Certification Hub button.
- Once in the Certification Hub, follow the prompts to add eligible activities.
