How do I confirm that I am still actively licensed?

In the Certification Hub, you will enter your current, active license(s). Every two years or upon primary license expiration, whichever comes first, you will be required to provide your updated active license information to confirm that you remain actively licensed.

All certified practitioners will have a 30-day grace period to submit their updated license information upon license expiration.
