How do I cancel my recurring IFM Membership payments?

To cancel your recurring IFM Membership, please follow the steps below: 

  • Log in to your IFM account. If you are not directed to your account page and are on a desktop, click on My account in the top right corner. If you are on mobile or tablet, click MENU, then select My account at the bottom.  
  • If you are on desktop select SUBSCRIPTIONS on the left side. If you are on mobile or tablet, click Sections, then select SUBSCRIPTIONS. 
  • Click the IFM Membership subscription title. 
  • Select the Cancel Subscription button on the bottom of the page and then click Confirm. 
  • Click the Cancel Subscription button again to finalize the process.
