Do I have to take any action to be transitioned into the new Functional Medicine Certification Program™?

All current IFMCPs have been automatically transitioned to the new Certification Program and awarded the new designation that aligns with your current degree/licensure type. Your new credential has been issued through the new online Certification Hub.

Follow these steps to log into the Certification Hub and claim your credential:

• Log in to your IFM account and navigate to My Account > My Certification.
• From there you will see the button to access the Certification Hub.
• Once in the Certification Hub, you will upload documentation about your degree and active license(s) to confirm the most up-to-date information is on file and that you are still actively licensed.
• Once that is complete and your license has been confirmed, you will see that your new credential has been issued with a new renewal date.
