Who is eligible to apply for IFM scholarship programs?
Each scholarship program has a different set of eligibility requirements.
- Founders’ Scholarship:
- Clinicians living/practicing in the United States and internationally
- Clinicians must have taken at least one of the following courses:
- Must NOT have taken more than one of these IFM Programs:
- Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP)TM
- Any of our six Advanced Practice Modules (Cardiometabolic, Immune, Hormone, Bioenergetics, Environmental Health, GI)
- Clinicians must qualify for the Functional Medicine Certification Program™ to be eligible.
- Debbie Sanstad Scholarship:
- Clinicians must have taken at least one of the following courses:
- Must NOT have taken more than one of these IFM Programs:
- Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP)TM
- Any of our six Advanced Practice Modules (Cardiometabolic, Immune, Hormone, Bioenergetics, Environmental Health, GI)
- Clinicians must qualify for the Functional Medicine Certification Program™ to be eligible.
- Functional Medicine for All Scholarship:
- Clinicians living/practicing in the United States and internationally
- Clinicians who are currently working with medically underserved communities and/or BIPOC practitioners
- Clinicians must have taken at least one of the following courses:
- Clinicians must NOT have taken AFMCP and must NOT have taken more than one APM
- Clinicians must qualify for the Functional Medicine Certification Program™ to be eligible.
